Custom Fabrication
A team of engineers and project managers are committed to providing the level of service required to complete any fabrication project. We specialize in process skids and design/build projects with the capabilities and experience to support a variety of custom fabrication jobs.

Certified Welding
Our ASME Section IX welding program allows us a wide range of welding capabilities including welding a variety of exotic metals. We have certified procedures in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, and Carbon to Stainless. We use GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, and FCAW processes.

Machining
CSP has a broad range of machining capabilities. With the aid of a CNC Mill and Lathe plus all of the manual machines, no job is too small or too large. We can do production pieces or extensive one-offs.

Engineering
Our Engineering and Drafting Team is at the leading edge of its field. The team covers multiple disciplines; including Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, and Civil Engineering.

Proof-of-Concept Testing and Demonstration
CSP personnel have the design and fabrication skills to facilitate technology development integration and acceptance testing. Our facilities support testing and demonstration.

Our Shop

CSP has a 7,000 ft2 fabrication shop,  a 5,000 ft2 testing facility and a 2,000 ft2machining shop featuring:

  • 3 Millermatic wire feed welders
  • 2 Miller TIG welders
  • Miller Spectrum 1000 Plasma cutter
  • Segregated material handling areas
  • Flow Flying Bridge water jet cutter
  • CNC mill and lathe machines
